Terms of Reference
The Terms of Reference is an approximately four-page document that summarizes the project situation, the goals of the organization, and clearly identifies the issues and plan to meet the requirements of the community partner.
Mount Pleasant Blog
Project teams will be asked to keep an updated blog that follows their project, progress and identifies issues and challenges that the team is facing. These blogs will serve as a way for mentors and support staff to stay updated on projects and ensure teams are on track to meet project deadlines and deliverables, and to follow the learning processes of project teams
Meeting Minutes
Throughout the course of the project it was important to record scheduled meetings to prevent discrepancies between members regarding what was said or decided. Meeting Minutes as well as our recorded facebook group conversations are attached.
Academic Deliverables
Throughout the project we were required to complete several deliverables to ensure that we were constantly communicating with our mentor and client as well as communicating effectively with one another. The three deliverables were:
